Mr Roa is a man of many talents and is very knowledgeable. My experience with him in the last 4 years where professional and resulted in the best outcome I could of never believed in but he sure did believe and didn’t let me down. He kept me up to date on all news about the case. His work was not gone unnoticed when I seen I was apart of my case. Other lawyers just handle the situations with less client 1 on 1. I know that I can trust and always contact Mr Roa. And he will be on his 10 toes ready. Appreciate the law office for all the hard work they did for me. Yes very recomendable his intelligence and word play is key in court.

Political Campaign Issues

I hired William Roa for two different issues during my campaign for the Massachusetts State House in 2018. His work was timely and thorough on both questions. On one of the questions, I was concerned enough about the reult that I contacted a couple of other lawyers to whom I had been referred. Unfortunately from my point of view, they all reached the same conclusions… I would certainly contact Mr. Roa again if I were in a similar situation.

I hired William for a drug possession charge. He pulled together a package with my bio and all of the positive things I have in life as well as all the steps I was taking to better myself as a result of this arrest. The results were better than expected and I rec’d pre trial probation where the charges will be dismissed after 6 months. Couldn’t be happier with William and everything he did both professionally and as a ‘friend’ to guide me through this difficult and scary time in my life.

Caring and Concise

Mr. Roa walked me through the steps, I was wrought with anger and fear knowing I was innocent. He explained the process of going to trial, took his time with me on several occasions, explained the law, dealt with my emotions through it all. During the trial… you could see him execute the case with concise precision. He is an honest Attorney and I am thankful we won my case.

Attorney William Roa handled a real estate closing for me. Initially he was referred to me by my broker and I planned to use him for this transaction alone. However, based on my experience I will absolutely use him again in the future. He was responsive, thorough, and helped the transaction go through on time and without any hiccups. Despite some unexpected title issues Attorney Roa did not charge me any more than his initial estimate and still had everything done in time. On the day of the closing he represented me well and was very much on point throughout the whole process. He also made sure to follow up regarding the release and deliver final paperwork for my records. I enjoyed working with Attorney Roa and would absolutely recommend him to my friends and family for their Real Estate or other legal needs.

Best of a Bad Situation

Attorney William Roa was hired to represent me for gun charges in Boston. He was able to negotiate with the DA to keep the charges in District Court. He handles himself well in court. He is not easily intimidated when dealing with the DA. The DA tried very hard to have my case moved to Superior Courts. This would have greatly increased the mandatory sentence. I liked that he did not press me to accept the first plea offer. I had multiple charges and previous charges on my record. I could have received triple the mandatory sentence. He was able to negotiate the minimum sentence and keep my sentence in H.O.C. I believe he got me the best sentence in a bad situation. He even met with me on Easter Weekend at the jail. I trust him and would recommend him to anyone with gun charges in Boston. He is experienced and he appears to care. I liked that I could tell he really listened when I talked to him. He was straight with me from the beginning about the best or worst outcome that I could expect. I’m glad I hired him.

Attorney William Roa has been my lawyer since the beginning of my case. He has the comprehensive knowledge about law. He listened very carefully about my case, and noted down every single point on his notebook. When I have any question, he replied and explained everything very thoroughly. He never rush and he is very passionate. He is very detail oriented, and make sure I do not miss any single point to tell him. When I told him to communicate my family members, he always does that. In the court I saw him defending me with the best of his sincere effort applying his deep understanding of the law. I always refer him to any client to consult him, he is such an excellent lawyer.
